Thanks to all of you who came to the vernissage last night, and especially to those who purchased paintings!

Tomorrow will be busy, taking down the Canada at 150 show and hanging Places and Spaces.
Stay safe, everyone, and I hope to see many of you at the gallery. Since most live art competitions have moved online due to Covid-19, I've followed along. If you've been following this blog or my Instagram (@carolloebartist) or Facebook (@carolloeb.artist) accounts, you'll know that several of my recent paintings have been chosen as award winners or Finalists. I just got word today that "95 Water Street" is the First Place winner in the painting category of the Camelback Gallery Artist Choice V international competition.
You can see "95 Water Street" at my solo show at Galerie 203 Montreal from July 23 - August 10. You can't purchase it, however, since it's already been SOLD to Lower Canada College. They're kindly allowing me to display it for the show, however. Thank you, LCC. You can still see my Canada at 150 Retrospective at Galerie 203 through July 20. Since we can't travel this year, come see Canada from coast to coast indoors in air conditioned comfort. And please wear a mask. |
