The doors open today for the Artists' Choice exhibition at Federation Gallery in Vancouver! 112 Canadian artists have works on display, including my "Montreal Staircase". If you're in Vancouver over the next two weeks, do stop by and let me know what you think of the show - it should be a good one. If you can't get to the gallery, all the works in the exhibition are viewable on the Federation Gallery website. Not quite the same as being there, but a lot easier if you're not in Vancouver. The next show at Federation Gallery will be called Abstracted - Reality Re-Imagined, running from February 22 - March 7. My "Low Tide", inspired by the view from km 1350 along the Trans-Canada Highway in PEI, and part of my Trans-Canada 150 series, will be in that show. I'm very excited to have paintings in back-to-back exhibitions! Stay warm and safe, everyone! |
